I got these two bowls as part of an auction lot, and know nothing about them. Any help about likely origin or age gratefully received.
The coloured bowl is made from red/blue/clear layers, is 180 mm x 150 mm x64 mm, and has a flat polished base in the Murano style. Weight 1.6 kg. looks quite pretty in the light!
The clear bowl is heavy lead crystal, with a slight blue-grey tinge. 210 mm x 225 mm x 80 mm, shallow circular polished depression to the base. Weight 3.6 kg.

The larger bowl looks to be in the vein of Strömbergshyttan, but I'm not sure if they went through a phase of not signing their work, nor if they left pontil marks on their larger pieces (I've only got smaller items, with bases polished smooth).
But it could be something to look into, maybe.

Alan, can you repost the clear one into a new topic please as if one is Murano and the other Scandi we can move each topic to its own forum for you.
