Title: Czech vase enameled painted with horses..?

this one comes from the same household as the previous vase.....and ideas pls?
the base is flat and polished clean...the edges around the foot are facet cut.

i thought they were more stylised than they appear in these views and that does not fit with my memory... which is still not working here.

Beautiful!  My wild, uninformed guess is northern Czech, 1920s/30s/40s.
