Couldnt resist this for less than a tenner,
4 1/2 inches tall, Pink, slightly darker towards base, over White, Quilted pattern,
shaped a bit like a small pineapple :D
Nothing under uv.
Ive searched back on here for discussions on Peachblow, satin, Burmese etc.
website here with many examples,

(click on Satin glass index 2)
I think mines Satin, it looks very much like Mount Washington, or maybe Stourbridge ?
Any theories?

It's really hard to tell from a photo, but many pieces like this were made in Italy in the 1960s. If the glass is thicker than what is typically seen on Victorian air trapped glass, it is likely Italian. If it is an older piece, attribution to a specific maker is at best an educated guess, as this form and type of glass was made by many makers in the US, UK and on the Continent.

Hi,
thanks, i hadnt thought Italian. I have doubts, but i will have a look around.
I feel its probably more likely 19thC , i know the Victorians liked their pineapples :D
as you say , unless its in a catalogue, its gonna be tricky.
