Title: Candlestick with label from Czech Republic

Hi,
I found this pretty candlestick and it has the label in the picture, I know it's pretty new but does anyone know how new?  Would this be Imperial glass that has been in business for many years in St Petersburg?  It 9 15/16" tall.

Hi Janice,
Post-1992, but when precisely, it is probably not possible to say.
As to the label, possibly an importer's label.
