Title: Kogovsek Bowl ?

Hi
   This little bowl seems to be painted on the sides and as swirls there is a label inside saying Kogovsek Slovenija hand made would this be a novelty bowl for tourists ? it is 3.5 square and slope to the base which is 2" square, 4cm high 358g in weight. any ideas please.

Can't find this firm Steve. Probably a decorator rather than a maker, somewhere in Slovenia.  Label added to GG - thank you! :)
