Title: Bowl with feather or leaf design & turned over rim

Any help with this huge bowl would be appreciated.  Weighing 2.3kg - 13" diam. x 3½" approx. high. Not sure if the pattern is a leaf or feather one, but the relief pattern is on the underside.  I would imagine it would have had its own plinth to sit on judging by the base.

That base looks like the sort of base that sits on an upturned smaller comport (pedestal type sugar bowl thingy) to form a a large comport.

You could be right.  The base is different to any of the other bowls I have that sit quite happily on the plinths I've got.
