Title: Quick question for a friend, crown base with an S

Talking to a friend today she has a piece of glass which has a crown on the base and an etched S and ideas as to where to start?. haven't see the piece yet so will post a picture as soon as I can, just looking for a possible maker. Thanks, Sue

Try Skruf or Stuart or Spiegelau.
