Title: cant find caithness p/w parade le 686/750 can you help please

Hi another paperweight cant find it anywhere, it has caithness scotland and parade with 686/750 on the base.
Can anyone help me with some info. on it please.

1991, design Margot Thompson. Not got down to 91 yet,

97 & 96 are nearly ready and 95 and 94 queued. More in preparation...
