Title: Another odd bottle found!

This is another bottle that was found in a box an auction. No markings on it to indicate the make. I assume it is depression glass, because of visible seam at top. Is this a decanter? Thanks for your valuable insight and time. Kim

it's a Geni bottle with the plastic lined stopper missing. Made in Empoli, Italy, circa 1970
