Title: Vase with pontil mark and swagged loop decoration

Can anyone please attribute this vase?
It's very thick (about 12mm at the top rim) and has a flat polished base with a small shallow polished pontil mark.

I thought it might have been from Malta or Gozo.

hi  i think this vase was made by oor glass based in torquay it is their style and colour they do have a website so you could try and email them sorry dont know how to do links
