I give! I don't think this is a high quality piece, the butterfly is glued onto the base. I could be wrong, but whatever, I just want to know to know who made the blasted thing.
Not Baccarat, not St Louis, Not Nancy but the mark is similar to all three
- a circle with CRISTAL at the top, FRANCE at the bottom, and a wine glass in the center.
It's about 3 inches tall.

CFC used the mark on pieces made in Vannes after 1970; same works also produced the Daum and Sèvres brands.
