Title: Scottish paperweight?

My first thought on seeing this paperweight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=170260763948&item=170260763948) was that it was made in Belgium or Alsace.  But I do recall an unusual Ysart that looked Belgian....so, any views?

I would be surprised if it turned out to be of Scottish origin.
