Post by: Dave the Glass on September 14, 2008, 03:46:17 PM
Hi GMB got this yesterday & i am looking for help with the maker?
Very nicely made, ting pin head bubbles in the middle swirling out to larger ones at the side. it is a nice peachy colour 12 inches in diameter 3 1/2 high. Ground pontil base.

Ummm The plot thickens
Its close, but mine looks a much better quality ;D. The bubbles are finner on mine & as i say the ones in the base are pin pricks.  A friend thought Nazeing due to the colour. But i have not found anything on those site either.
Still i will keep on looking.
Thanks a lot
Dave

Another off-the-cuff guess is Erickson.  I know very little about them, but do know they did a lot of straight-line controlled bubble glass in simple, modern shapes.  Just an idea.
