Title: Can Anyone ID this Glass Paperweight? - ID = Ron Hinkle

Is there anyone who can ID this glass paperweight? It has enbossed initials on the bottom. I drew the mark on a piece of paper as it is hard to see in the photo. Any help will be most appreciated.

I forgot to say I drew the mark both ways as I didn't know which is right side up

Ron Hinkle, an American Glass artist. Here is a link to another one of his, with the signature; see if it's the same :)
