Title: US TM query: Probably a mistype but you never know - Baroloc
Post by: Frank on September 26, 2008, 05:47:32 PM
Has anyone in the US come across Barolac being originally marketed as Baroloc? Marcus has not heard of this. But you have to check these things as neither spelling shows up in TESS  ::) - 'Oil of Olay' became 'Oil of Ulay' in the UK just because someone typed it wrong.

Hi,
I did several searches and that spelling didn't come up anywhere, not even on ebay.

... not even on ebay.

 :o

I am shocked ;)

Thanks Janice. (It is in the book I am just adding to the Zoo) It does seem very unlikely that a different spelling was used in the USA.

...and Oil of Olay became Oil of Olaz in German because of different keyboards: your Z is Y here and vv  :hb2:
