Hi there. I think this vase is Czech made...can anyone here confirm? Cheers..Brenton

Yes.
This is pattern number 19512 in the 8" size, 19513 in the 6" size. These are a late 1930s design, from C Stölzle und Sohne, Hermannshutte, Czechoslovakia, and later made by its successors, VHJ Obal and Sklo Union.
