Title: Small crackle glass jug - ideas on age and maker please

Another of my recent car boot sale finds is this small crackle glass jug.  Can anyone tell me anything about it please?

I thought it might be Victorian, if you know otherwise please tell me why, I am really trying to get the hang of dating glass by style :)

Is it likely to be Bohemian, or did any English makers do crackle glass too?

Anyone got any views?

I think everybody did crackle glass! My gut instinct is that it's not English and probably early 20th century.
