If someone can decypher the signature underneath the Norfolk county sticker, I can leave it on...
-
My money says its something like "Paul Miller Langham Glass".

Thank you - the sticker stays! And I know now it retails at 24,50 ukps.
-
Pauls signature will double its value at least, think the last one I sold in a similar style was brought for £6 on ebay as everyone missed it was signed, sold on through a cabinet I have in an antiques centre for £26 :)
-
O drat now I'll have to break out the sticker remover stuff. I hate that.
-
Confirming this item is signed Paul Miller and stamped Langham Glass. :hiclp: :hiclp:
-
i would of left the sticker on, as this might of been a special order for the council

To keep the record complete, November 2004. Quote from link
The conference welcome pack was used to showcase the best of Norfolk and
featured a commemorative paperweight created by Langham Glass, a Jarrold
Norfolk calendar, a copy of EDP Norfolk, a bag of Kettle chips and a Stream
Foods fruit bar.
