Title: Cloud Glass Vase?

hi again, i need help identifying the maker of this vase. am fairly certain is circa 1950s-60s. stands 16 1/4" and is 10" at the widest width. weight is 5 lbs. any help would be greatly appreciated. is it cloud glass?

Cloud glass is as shown here: http://www.cloudglass.com - it is a form of pressed glass.

thanks ann, now i know a little more about art glass.
any idea on the vase, other than it not being cloud glass?
