Title: Signature cane "B"?

What a gorgeous paperweight! I have never seen a "B" cane, so I wonder who the creator is (a few names in mind...)?

There is another beautiful paperweight by the same seller, no signature, but looks fantastic. Seller doesn't seem to know what he has...
