Title: A fishy tale - id needed for fish shaped bowl
Post by: Littleblackhen on November 18, 2008, 11:12:26 AM
Can anyone identify a maker for this fish shaped bowl please?  I was thinking possibly Scandinavian or murano?  It is so cute :)

I dug this bowl out again today for another look.  It is a shame it isn't signed as it has a really good heavy quality feel to it.

Did Paul Kedelv ever get playful with his coquille bowls and make them in fishy shapes? :D

Hi - I'm pretty sure they're not the Coquille range, which from memory have a white layer, and I think they were all signed? (Can someone confirm that?)

Flygsfors don't all have a white line, but I think they're all signed. Magnor is one possibility here.

It is 8 inches from head to tail, 5.5 inches across and 2 inches high.
