Title: Is tihs Aseda, Sweden designed by Bo Borgstrom.

 I would really appreciate if someone could confirm that this is  by Aseda, Sweden, designed    by Bo Borgstrom.

Aseda would seem to be the best guess, some fairly similar shapes shown in Lesley Pina's books.
Borgstrom and 1960s seems likely.  Styles of some Finnish Riihimaki are similar, but tend to have ground edges and subtle differences.

This extravagant design still irritates me, Julie!  Sure that I have seen a similar picture somewhere?  Like something out of a chemistry laboratory, not the most attractive shape.
Formgiva (who lists on UK eBay) and Vidfletch are two collectors and sellers that have handled hundreds of pieces of Aseda glass.
Do you think your item is a decanter or condiment bottle?  Something similar designed for Finnish Nuutajarvi Notsjo (now owned by Iitala) by Kaj Franck in the 1950s, but the base is a rounded flask shape with a cylinder neck and pourer lip, and what appears to be a tall section that fits into the neck, rising to a bulb and topped with a round stopper.
Tableware has a huge range of variations.  Must be someone on this forum that can answer your question with more knowledge.  Be patient!
