Title: Clichy?
Post by: tzenka on November 24, 2008, 01:56:01 AM
This is advertised as a Clichy, but the profile of it suggests something more modern to me. I have a similar one that was made by William Burchfield of Cape Cod Glass Works. Could this be by him too?

Oh, now there is a description and it mentions a signature cane with W and B, so it must be a Burchfield. Nice one!

I knew that weight wasn't Clichy but I did think it a very nice piece. I'm watching it to see how the bids go. Looks like I wasn't the only one to notice it.  ;D
