Title: Help with marks - I think this is scandinavian but not sure whom

Help!  I thought this was Orrefors, but can't sort out the numbers which don't seem to match with Ivo's listings in the Glass Fact file. 

Would you be kind and have a look for me please?  thanks in advance...
