any ideas on this little beauty? 6 ins long, just over 1 inch deep, textured to the outside and the figure is pressed into the base.

Back to the dish, i dont know why??? but i have a feeling Czech, has anyone seen this before?? will take some pics in daylight.

:spls2:
It was lovely meeting you both. :fwr:
Back to the dish, hmmmm, 'very' nice! Maybe French or Bohemian perhaps? Reminds me of Desna, though i've never handled Desna.

Hi Tiger :kissy:
Hmmm, i dont think Densa, my gut feeling is still Czech and the glass has a very slight gray tinge, the hairstyle looks like a 1920's french roll so maybe around that era.
What kind of mould would have produced this?
-
Looks to me like a "regular" iron press mold could have done the trick. The bottom part of the mold would have been in several sections, and the plunger would have had the negative impression of the interior of the dish. Are there any mold seams? Not that it means anything if there aren't.

Please, I would appreciate more and better photos of the tray? thanks

If you need more Pamela, just let me know.
