Title: Large Glass Pinched Vase... Scandinavian? Italian? American??

Hi experts. I have this large piece of art glass circa 1960s, maybe a floor vase as it is 21" tall and 9" in diameter. Blue glass with red tipped glass spout. Bulbous form with all sides slightly pinched. No pontil. Any ideas on the maker?? Pic below. Thank you much in advance!!!
