Strange milk and colour ashtray that I aquired and have no idea of ID, please help, its small about 3" long

Can you add a pic of the base, how thick is the glass?

There's one of these and a similar one (different shape and colourway) at the local fleamarket. My thought was relatively contemporary Far East but that could be way off.

Doesn't look contempory in person:-)
Base is ground but relitively unpolished
Heres a pic:-)
glass in sides and base is about 1/4inch thick rim is thinner

Could be lampwork, Far East is not unlikely.
