I've had this bowl for ages. Bought it from Australia. Found the same pattern in one on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=290278257928) that has "Czechoslovakia" on the foot; mine is unmarked. Any idea who made it?
