Not the paisley pattern (paisley was a very popular Victorian era motif), but the shape looks typical Bohemia. Try it under a UV light, just sometimes that gray glass contains uranium, goodness knows why as it seems to add nothing, but I have two of them. I will look through my books later, works calls... :'(

yeah I agree the shape looks bohemianish, the pattern is what floors me. It's a very large vase too. it's a little over 15" tall

Bohemian for sure, and part of a set: One tall one in the middle, two smaller ones on either side on top of the tall wardrobe or mantlepiece.  It is quite rare to get all three; most sets have been broken up when the contents of the house were divided between the children. The range of decorations is endless: the cold enamel was done in cottage industry. Timewise you're looking at the 1890s thru 1920s.
