Title: Blenko, Rainbow or Italian Huge Decanter

Can someone help me to identify this outrageously tall decanter?  It has a rough pontil, but the neck isn't ground.  I like the "bark" effect on the body, and unusual twisted stopper.  Any help would be appreciated.
