The seller of this sulphide (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=180320772555&item=180320772555) describes it as Baccarat - which it may be - but Clichy, St Louis and maybe others produced similar sulphide weights. But it is unusual in having the name in a contrasting colour. Does anyone recognise the maker?

Possibly Le Creusot.
