Title: Antique French ID

The seller of this weight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=300286239356&item=300286239356) calls it St Louis, but it looks like a Baccarat Dupont to me.  Anyone agree? He does little to inspire confidence with 'Item location; Spain, Germany' and listing under 'Swarovski'!
