This pattern was used on Cambridge Glass (Ohio-US), Everglade pattern in the 1930's.  I have it in my book but not with the smooth edge so I'm not sure who made this lovely piece you have.  I will keep looking.  This auction shows one like yours and says it's Cambridge, http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/5171808 (http://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/5171808) .

Its Cambridge #1140 15" bowl in Everglade. The 1140 differs from the #18 14" shallow cupped bowl which has the sawtooth rim. Ken
