Do the experts out there think that this piece (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=160310606714&item=160310606714) is a) genuine? and if so, b) likely to be Salvador's work?

I'm not an expert, but I see nothing specifically wrong with the listing details.

The term "stunning" is, of course, a purely subjective viewpoint and linking Paul Ysart with Vasart is simply a common confusion that is often seen. The striping in the neck and stopper is typically Vasart (pre-56).
