Hi,
I have this glass vase that's really got me stumped, and hope someone here may have some clues for me. It stands just under 9" tall and is about 3" across the mouth. I've been calling it opalescent but not sure that's even the correct term for this. It reminds me of one of the french companies, but isn't signed and I'm just not sure where to keep looking. Other than were the base and bottom of the vase meet, it doesn't appear to be cased, at least not all the way up, and it is very see-thru in normal light, not opaque at all except for the very bottom of the vase portion. Does this type of vase strike a bell with anyone? Much thanks for any help.

Looks like clear cased opalescent. Here in Holland we immediately think of Floris Meijdam who used it extensively - but the shape of the vase looks more as if it stems from Empoli where it was not an unknown combination either.

Thank you for looking. I'll take a look at those two, I hadn't heard of them.
Thanks again!
