Title: Bell pattern

I have 5 of these small bowls with a bell pattern. Can anyone ID these for me please?

It's a new one on me TC. I always think of bells like this in terms of the Liberty Bell so I'd be thinking US rather than English, but I could of course be way out!

The blue is also similar to a US-made candlestick I have but I can't remember who made that!  :-[

I thought it might be the Liberty bell too but this one seems to be different. The base rim is ground down, as far as i can remember, this is typical of European pressed glass.
