I found this yesterday in a second hand shop for 50p.
Probably dates to around c1900, but I believe the date is stamped on this one (1909).
Patent no 14331. It's got an unusual white rim, i thinks it's painted enamel although it's very thick.
As far as i know, Primus is still going today in Sweden, it's an outdoor/camping supply company.
More information about the company...

Interesting one, but I wouldn't assume it's that Primus. It's a very common company name, or part thereof, and a common trademark
-
I see. It has "Primus" with double quotes stamped on it. I always thought the double quotes meant that it was a pattern/shape name?
-
I suspect in this case it's a trademark, possibly for lab equipment, but ! couldn't find it, although there seem to be a few examples of your measure about
-
It's got an unusual white rim...
... so all your others lack this feature? Cute having drachms, maybe they also made chemist ware. And perhaps they outsourced glass production.
-
Yes, all my other glass lack this white enameled rim... ....and this is my first glass measure. ;D
-
It may have been used to help protect the rim from chipping
-
TC — As it has a spout, how about a simple maximum fill line?

Not much point in using it to measure then, as the graduations finish well below the enamel
-
Chemistware can be fancier than labware.
