Title: Garlanded flower - but by whom?

I am trying to collect garlanded flowers (my bank manager is not impressed), and this looks quite nice (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=260363483996&item=260363483996) (shame the image is a bit blurred, no doubt accidental), but it does look like Murano....given the red and gold label. Anyone agree?

Absolutely - nice one tho with some unusual canes.
