Title: POISON Bottle - with Skull and Bones
Post by: antiquerose123 on February 19, 2009, 08:59:35 AM
Hi.  I just bought this little bottle  for .50 cents.  Hoping it has some age on it, and someone will be able to tell me the year.  I only thing that I (think) I know - is that the D in the diamond shape is for Dominion Glass, but I do not know what the other things mean.  Looks like the bottom has (?):

  ~ C
  ~ 2
  ~ 1
~ D in the Diamond (Dominion Glass)?

Info welcome.  Bottle about 4 inches tall.  Anybody have a ballpark value on these?   Does the Skull and bones increase its value? The collectible aspect?   Rather than IF it just say POISON?  TIA.

Hello:

This bottle was made at the Point St. Charles factory of the Dominion Glass Co. in May/June of either 1951 or 1961.  I think the latter.
