The price is about average for an early (probably 1930s) unsigned Paul Ysart butterfly sold through eBay USA as "Vintage Blue Butterfly Paperweight ...". The orange blob near the top of the left antenna may have held the price down a little as it is a mistake in the construction.

Clearly too many ebay sites to check, and yet still knowlegable ebayers out there.
