Title: Bulle de Savon glass vase or? Possible French maker?

Hi, hoping someone might be able to lead me in the right direction.  I've seen this glass called Bulle de Savon or soap bubble, not sure opaline or opalescent really applies.  Everything I've read points to a possible French maker, but I haven't been able to narrow it down. Any hints for searching, correct terminology, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

I seem to remember this clear cased opal vase from Empoli in another thread - did you miss that, perhaps?

Oh my...I am sooo sorry.  I set this aside and forgot that I already posted it here when I went back to research again.  I did look at Empoli, but wasn't able to find anything that had this kind of milky glass treatment to it.  I would have thought I'd at least find something that was similiar to help me confirm the attribution.  Is there a resource you have that I might have missed?
