Title: Help ID mold blown Poslom (?) 68 vase
Post by: snesbit on March 20, 2009, 02:03:33 PM
I just picked up this mold blown vase.  Thick wall (1/4") with finely dimpled, textured surface.  The piece measures 10 5/8" high, 5 1/8" at the shoulder and 5 1/8" at the mouth.  Finished pontil with engraved signature which appears to be "Poslom" or "Polson" with umlauts over the second o and date (?) "68".

Sorry about the poor pic quality for the base, tough to get a decent shot of the faint signature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think Po Strom for Alsterfors.
