Title: amber decanter with twisted stopper some help with idlease

Hello all knowledgable ones
i bought this decanter and six glasses hoping it was whitefriars.. but have been informed its not it has an unusual stopper it is twisted with a knob at the top any ideas please

Looks very Italian to me - the use of clear and amber, the twisted feet and the weird stopper. But as always, it could also be Bohemian.
