Title: london artists paperweights info please

Hi, l popped intp t k maxx today and there are paperweights for sale at £7.99
the sticker says hand made in London by glass artists and are signed on the base
anyone got any info on these weights

im afraid l couldnt make out the signature on the base
l thought someone on here might have also seen them for sale in tk maxx
think i'll take a chance and buy the three that were left on sale

There is a discount shop in Cardiff called Home Sense that I think is connected to TK Max in some way. They had a couple of items also labeled 'hand made in London by glass artists', one was an elongated bottle vase the other a very chunky large vase both were signed. Each design was relatively generic and the discount price for each was around eighty pounds, original retail price advertised as four hundred pounds.
No paperweights there though apart from very basic Chinese production. Other glass stocked was made in Slovenia (nice crystal), Italy (some Murano), Turkey and China.
