Title: Blue Vase, English I think? ID appreciated

Not quite five inches high with a diameter of three inches. I thought it might be Bagley or Sowerby? I am curious about the underside as each of the feet, if you look at them, appears to have part of a larger pontil with two dots above. How would this be made, do you think? Thanks in advance to any generous soul that replies.

The feet would all have been attached to the pontil when the vase was finished after pressing if one was used and have been ground so as to stand flat, or have just been ground flat to remove excess glass
