Title: Glass bowl with blue detail

I have recently bought a job lot of Murano bowls with this lovely item included. If any one can point me in the right direction as to maker it would be much appreciated. I am being cautious in attributing to Murano hence this query in Glass. 18 cm wide 7.5 cm high, solid, with a lovely inverted fire polished base. As you can see it has  a pattern of bubbles and 5 petals of royal blue glass with elongated bubbles in the belly of the bowl and a scalloped edge with overturned petals in two places. TIA Carol
