Reminiscent of one of the Studio Muller patterns shown here:

Norman,

Any chance of a close up of the label, please?

The only similar motif on an item that comes to mind is in Mark Hill's 'Hi Sklo Lo Sklo' in the introduction, page 7. I wondered whether that could be the image that is bothering you and triggering the old grey cells?

Hi Norman, let us see the label please.
I would rather support Anne, seems to me recent production of any "garage" glasswork made here. All of them tries to make profit from the "Bohemia" glass name.

Hi there,
So here is the pic of the label....and i would be disappointed if it was made in a garage(boo-hoo)...anyways it does look similar to the page 7 Mark Hill....but i still have a nagging feeling of seeing it elsewhere.
Once again thank u for looking.

Well, please write exactly what is writtent at label. I cannot read it. I have checked the trade mark database and did not find it. Seems to me that it is only label and not trade mark. Word "Bohemia" is unfortunately used for so many goods produced in Czech repubic...

Anyway seems to me that this piece was produced by Crystalex or some from Crystalex followers after privatisation.

Hi Jindrich
well i have taken so many pics and they all are shocking....the label reads on top ...Hand made
below....Bohemia
below that Czechoslovakia
and on the right what looks like a sklo union symbol..
hope this helps and will try again when there is different light.

Hi Norman, your camera seems to be focusing on the background rather than the label in the foreground.  If you're using a digital camera you need to set it to Macro (usually indicated by a little flower symbol) for close-ups and small detail.  Hope this helps.

Hi Norman,
I spoke with Marcus Newhall few days ago and he attributed this vase to Crystalex NovĂ˝ Bor, late 80ties. He knows the label.
