23 cms tall, flat polished base

I have not found this in my files, it can be Czech, but I have no proof for it.  When Czech, than Chribska.

Well someone on another forum has suggested it may be Chinese?   Any thoughts on that, anybody? On close scrutiny the flat base is very very scratched and worn so difficult to see if it was originally polished or not. although there is a hint of it having been so.

It has a good quality fire polished rim, if that points to anything. 

Oh well, may be one of those mysteries for a few more years.    Emmi
