Help with this please, 24 cms tall, maybe Czech, flat polished base.

Yes, Bohemia Crystal, Glassworks Chribska, Czech republic - pattern 471/1/24

I am sorry, I am not sure with Hospodka.
It is known, that Professor Josef Michael Hospodka was actually one and only designer of this type of glass in Chribska from late fifties. Some pieces we can attribute to him directly and exactly following  information given in Glasrevue.

Probably the most pieces did not design Hospodka personaly, glassmakers simply "free" followed his ideas and shapes.
This vase, however is not from old production but rather new from late 90ties.

See what says Chribska catalogue from 1968:

"The character of the present production of glassworks was estabilished by J. Hospodka whose artistic outlook was based on the off-hand shaping of glass. His ideas are now realized by scores of  young glassmakers."
