Title: blue green tall vase help with id please

Hi All
this piece is lovely shaped like a pineapple is the vision i get the pattern in the glass is inside and out it stands 29 cms tall and is not a heavy glass. not sure if this piece is blown or pressed, help with id of origin and maker appreciated

It is blown in an optical mould and I would think it is Czech - perhaps by Borské Sklo. Though never discount the possibility that it could be Italian, as very similar vases were made in Empoli.

I have checked CGRs and catalogues, seems to me that this shape with foot and bright colour point us rather to Italy than to Borske sklo - Czechoslovakia.
